OTP issues

1. If users have not received any OTP during signup / login, kindly check for your network connectivity.

Also, if the desired time gets expired, request for another OTP by clicking on RESEND OTP.


2. If users are unable to enter the received OTP, kill the application and try going with the flow once again


If the issue still persists, kindly reach out to us by clicking on the SUPPORT button on the top right corner.
